About Nashville's Kitchen & Bath Contractor
We connect homeowners across Middle Tennessee with licensed, insured kitchen and bath contractors — and we stake our name on how those jobs go.
Most people looking for kitchen and bathroom remodeling have had a bad experience with a contractor, or know somebody who has. The price moved. Nobody turned up. The work was done and then the problems started. That is the bar we are trying to clear, and it is a low one.
What we do
- Free written estimates. Scope and price in writing, no obligation, no pressure call afterwards.
- Agree the price first. The number you approve is the number you pay, unless you ask for extra work.
- Licensed and insured. Every time, and we will send the certificate before anyone comes out.
- Back the work. Workmanship in writing, manufacturer warranties passed through.
What we will not do
- Quote a price over the phone. Anybody who does is guessing, and the guess is never in your favor.
- Sell you work you do not need. If a repair will do, we will say so, even though a replacement pays better.
- Promise a date we cannot hold. Busy seasons are busy. We would rather tell you that than miss the appointment.
How we choose the kitchen and bath contractors we send
Every kitchen and bath contractor who works on your house through us holds the license their trade requires and carries current liability insurance, and we hold copies rather than taking it on trust. We check that before anybody is sent out, and we will forward the certificates to you on request — before the visit, not after.
Beyond the paperwork, the test is how somebody handles the parts of a job that do not go to plan. Anyone can look good on a straightforward install. What matters is what happens when the deck comes off and there is rot underneath, or when the estimate has to change — whether you get a phone call and a written revision, or a larger invoice at the end.
Why we do not publish reviews yet
You will not find star ratings or testimonials on this site, and that is deliberate. A brand-new site showing a five-star average and a wall of quotes is either recycling somebody else's reviews or inventing them, and invented review markup is one of the fastest ways to get a site penalized by Google — quite apart from what it says about the company. When we have real reviews from real Middle Tennessee customers, they will go here with names attached. Until then, judge us on the commitments above, which you can hold us to from the first phone call.
Where we work
Nashville and all of Middle Tennessee — 65 towns across 12 counties, from Clarksville down to Columbia and out to Lebanon. We have a page for each of the main cities covering the housing stock and permitting in that area, because kitchen and bathroom remodeling in a 1925 bungalow and kitchen and bathroom remodeling in a 2018 build are not the same job.
If you want to understand the work before you speak to anyone, our kitchen and bathroom remodeling guide covers what drives the price, what your options are and what a badly done job looks like — written so you can judge any kitchen and bath contractor in the region, including us.
Why trust us
What we commit to, in writing.
We are not going to show you testimonials we cannot stand behind. These are commitments you can hold us to instead — and check before you book.
-
Licensed and insured, and we will prove it
Every kitchen and bath contractor we send holds the license their work requires and carries liability insurance. Ask for the certificate before anybody comes out — with us, or with anyone else you are considering.
-
A written estimate before anything starts
You get the scope and the price in writing, free and with no obligation. If you decide against it, that is the end of it — there is no follow-up campaign.
-
The price you agreed is the price you pay
Nothing gets added without your say-so. Where a job could genuinely uncover something hidden, the rate for that is named in the estimate rather than discovered afterwards.
-
Workmanship backed in writing
If something is not right after we finish, we come back and put it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to you in your name.
-
One number, and a person on the end of it
Call (314) 809-6297 and you get somebody who can actually tell you what is happening with your job, not a queue.
-
We will tell you when you do not need us
Sometimes the honest answer is that it can wait, or that it is a different trade, or that a repair beats a replacement. A kitchen and bath contractor who never says that is selling, not advising.
